I eat healthy. Are dietary supplements even necessary?

Unfortunately, in our western diet, simply eating healthy is no longer enough. 25% of Germans do not eat enough fruit and vegetables to cover their daily needs.


Unfortunately, due to the agricultural methods used worldwide, fruits and vegetables also contain fewer and fewer nutrients. 20 years ago an apple had 60% more vitamin C than today. 


Our modern way of life also contributes to a lack of nutrients. 


To compensate for these deficits, it is recommended to take dietary supplements.

Are the products vegan?

Are the products gluten free?

Yes, all håvsund products are gluten-free.

What material are the capsules made of?

The capsule shells are made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and are purely vegetable.

Can you also open the capsules and stir the powder into water?

Yes, you are very welcome to stir the contents of the capsules into water, yoghurt, muesli or your smoothie if you don't like swallowing capsules.

How should I take the products?

We recommend taking the capsules whole and always with enough water. On the respective product pages as well as on the information leaflet in the product packaging you will find precise information on the quantity and dosage of the products.

How must the products be stored?

Please keep the products protected from light, closed and out of the reach of children. The specified consumption quantity must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. 

Where do the ingredients come from?

Only selected natural vitamins and minerals from all over the world are used for our håvsund products, which are mainly extracted from plants and fruits. All products are manufactured in Germany under the highest quality standards. 

ORDER & CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Where is my order?

As soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link (unless you have selected shipping via Deutsche Post, in which case tracking of your shipment is unfortunately not possible). Please also check your spam folder. If you haven't received your order, simply click on the tracking link to track your shipment. Maybe it was handed in at a post office or packing station. If not, you are welcome to contact us directly in the chat at any time and we will take care of the whereabouts of your shipment.

Do I need a customer account to order from håvsund?

You don't need a customer account to order from håvsund. However, registering an account is free and simplifies the checkout process.

A customer account offers you the following advantages:

  • Faster checkout
  • Checking the current order status 
  • Viewing past orders and repeating orders
  • Changes in information such as name, address, etc.
  • Saving multiple delivery addresses 
  • Automatic participation in our loyalty program håvsund Family

I have a voucher code. Where can I redeem this?

You can enter your voucher code here in the online shop on the checkout page in the "Gift card or discount code" field.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

Upon receipt, your order will be immediately sent to our shipping center and packed. Therefore, please get in touch directly in our chat as soon as possible so that we can check whether a change or cancellation is still possible. 

What payment methods are there?

You have the choice between payment via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as purchase on account and immediate transfer via Klarna.

Can I also buy the products in the pharmacy?

Our products can be ordered from most pharmacies, just ask the pharmacist.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes there is. Please note the discount pack offers on the product pages. Here you can find out the respective graduated prices for two or more products.



SHIPPING & RETURNS

Which countries does håvsund ship to?

We currently only ship within the EU and Switzerland, but we are working on shipping to other countries soon. You can find an overview of our shipping times and shipping costs by country Discover Now. We thank you for your patience while we expand our international presence.

How much are the shipping costs?

There are currently no shipping costs for orders within the EU. You can find the shipping costs and delivery times for other countries Discover Now.

Can I also have my order delivered to a Packstation?

Unfortunately, we do not currently support delivery to a Packstation.

How can I return products?

Please note that for hygienic reasons we can only take back unopened, properly packaged goods. You can return the products within 14 days to the following address:

As soon as the goods have arrived and been checked, you will receive a refund in the form of a voucher code for your next purchase in our online shop. Items that are damaged upon receipt cannot be refunded. If a returned item is opened or used, the refund is at håvsund's discretion.

Do I have to bear the costs of the return costs?

Yes, you have to bear the costs of the return. You can find more information about this in our Cancellation Policy.
