FENUGREEK SEED EXTRACT
FENUGREEK SEED EXTRACT is up to 10 times stronger than conventional fenugreek seeds and contains valuable mucilage, lipids, proteins and amino acids.
Our Lactaval contains 250 mg of fenugreek per daily dose, which corresponds to the recommended daily dose according to the DGE.

FENNEL is rich in bitter substances, essential oils, silicic acid and mineral salts.

When should I start taking it?
håvsund Lactaval should only be started after the birth. Hair-Vital and Immune can be started at any time.
When and how many capsules should I take?
The specified consumption quantity must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store the products away from light, closed and out of the reach of children.
How many capsules are in a pack?
In a pack Lactaval, Hair Vital and immune contain 60 capsules each. The breastfeeding package is sufficient for a month.
What is the shelf life of the products in the nursing pack?
All products in the håvsund Nursing Pack have a shelf life of up to 2 years and 4 months from the production date, just like all other products in the håvsund family. The expiry date can be found on the respective product packaging.

Don't worry, the more you breastfeed, the more breast milk your body will produce.

We recommend taking two capsules of our Lactaval per day. You can take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening with enough water.
